Overpass Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Imprimo application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Imprimo is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal information:

• Device Identifier: A randomly generated identifier used solely for API rate limiting. This does not identify you personally.
• Anonymous Analytics (Optional): If you opt in, we collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used. This helps us improve the app. Analytics are disabled by default.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email, or any personal information
• The content of your affirmations
• Any account credentials (no account is required)

How Your Data is Stored

All your affirmations, settings, and personal data are stored locally on your device. We do not use cloud sync or backup services. Your data never leaves your computer except when:

• You request AI-generated affirmations (your goal categories are sent to OpenAI's API, but not your personal information)
• You have opted into anonymous analytics

How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used for:

• Rate Limiting: The device identifier prevents abuse of our AI generation service.
• Product Improvement: If you enable analytics, anonymous usage patterns help us understand which features are valuable and where to focus development.

Third-Party Services

Imprimo uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: When you generate AI affirmations, your selected goal categories (such as "confidence" or "leadership") are sent to OpenAI's API. No personal information or existing affirmation content is transmitted.
• Analytics Provider: If you opt into analytics, we use privacy-respecting analytics services that do not track individuals or use cookies.

Your Rights and Choices

• Local Data: All your affirmations and settings are stored on your device. You have complete control over this data.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
• Analytics Opt-Out: Analytics are off by default. You can verify this setting in the app preferences at any time.

Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend using macOS's built-in security features, including FileVault disk encryption.

Children's Privacy

Imprimo is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
